ComAp Strengthens Its Engineering Capabilities in France with the Acquisition of ARPEE

ComAp, a global leader in smart control solutions, announces the acquisition of ARPEE, a project engineering company based in Beaumont-sur-Oise in the Île-de-France region. This strategic acquisition reinforces ComAp’s commitment to providing high-value engineering services and will further empower the ComAp France team in both the French market and French-speaking African territories.

Founded in 2005, ARPEE is recognised for its strong expertise in project engineering, system design, and customised technical solutions. The company will be fully integrated into ComAp France, one of ComAp’s 18 subsidiaries worldwide. The acquisition expands ComAp’s ability to deliver turnkey and value-added projects, enhancing support for customers across power generation, hybrid microgrids, and other ComAp application areas.
