ComAp’s core value of sustainability permeates throughout the company. Climate change presents many challenges for everyone, and we recognise the need to minimise the negative impact our business operations have on the environment and society.
Environmental
Caring About Our Environmental Footprint
At ComAp, we invest significantly in research and development (approximately 40% of our employees) to create more energy-efficient solutions and support the transition to renewable energy. At the same time, we focus on reducing our own impact, from the sourcing and use of raw materials to the energy and materials consumption in our offices.
Social

As a people-centric company, our employees are our top priority, and we focus on nurturing an environment of support, learning and growth. We strive to contribute to and positively impact the stakeholders and communities we work with through various initiatives.

ComAp was founded by three friends more than 30 years ago and is still owned by the founders' families today. Its governance benefits from strong stability, coupled with a "start-up" and agile mindset that fosters innovation and excellence. Our vision is shared throughout the company, with each employee working towards the common goal of a more sustainable future.
ESG Report
We have decided to transparently report our progress on fulfilling our ESG commitments by publishing an annual ESG Report. In our first-ever ESG report, you will find the results of our double-materiality assessment, Company Carbon Footprint and selected Product Carbon Footprints calculations, examples of innovative sustainable customer projects, a description of ComAp’s company culture and employee stories, as well as examples of collaboration with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
